A policy that is fair for all
We understand situations arise in which you need to cancel your appointment. If we receive advance notice that you are unable to keep your appointment, it will provide an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients from our waiting list or those requiring emergency therapy.
We ask that cancellations are made within 24 hours to avoid a 100% “Subsequent Consultation” fee. If no travel was required by the therapist, no “Call out fee” will be applied.
A “No Show” is considered in the event of a therapist arriving at a client’s home without notice of a cancellation or reschedule, or if the client is not home at the time of a scheduled booking. A full fee will be charged including the “Call out fee”.
Cancellations and reschedules can be received either from your care provider, support person by phoning 0413 622 778 or email to email@example.com. Cancellations and reschedules can also be notified to their therapist directly should they wish.
